1. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless alterations are required
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom or made‑to‑order jewellery may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Standard domestic shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express domestic shipping: 1–3 business days
• International shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

3. Order Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
• We cannot control or estimate these charges.
• Delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of our business.

5. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
• All parcels include basic tracking.
• If you would like additional insurance, please select an upgraded shipping option at checkout.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

7. Packaging
• All jewellery is carefully packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Gift packaging is available upon request.
