I was first introduced to Laura's amazing Jewellery in November 2025. I was completely taken back by how simple, yet beautiful Laura's designs are. Straight away I fell in love with one of the rings and couldn't leave without one ! Laura talked me through the process and explained how her designs are cast with sand and silver. I chose to have the ring I purchased cast from sand from my favourite beach ( Prussia cove ) It felt so lovely and personal to have a piece of jewellery incased with sand from somewhere personal and special me. I love my 'bubbles' earrings and the simplicity and uniqueness of Laura's designs, and integrating sand from beautiful local beaches is such a brilliant touch. It always makes me smile to put them on and be reminded of Praa Sands - a beautiful beach where generations of our family, including my own kids, have played, surfed and made memories for years. I was in the lookout for some silver earrings I could wear any day, but with a little bit of stand out, and were perfect. Thank you Laura!

I am very lucky to own a unique piece of jewellery designed and hand crafted by Laura. I was doing an ultra in Wales and spotted a stunning green piece if seaglass. It was such a special occasion I popped it in my pocket and forgot all about it! So glad I found it again! I had a obe to one with Laura and explained that I was looking for a bespoke ring. Sand ....... in silver. Laura totally understood what was in my head because the final ring is absolutely beautiful and it is very precious to me. A truly unique ring that I will treasure forever. "I bought a beautiful pair of hoop studs from Basire Design Casting - they're small enough for work, but are unique enough to be noticed. The texture effect was made with sea foam bubbles and pebbles. Really pretty and made with a direct connection to the sea is what I like. Lovely packaging and excellent service."

I had the best day in Laura’s studio this weekend creating a beautiful pair of sandcast earrings. It was so relaxing, interesting and immersive- the time flew by. Laura did a fantastic job of explaining each part of the sand casting process and really gauged how much input we each needed. I also felt she had a great handle on understanding what we personally wanted to create. I collected sand and a small pebble from a local beach where I had spread my parents ashes in recent years. With Laura’s support and tuition I was able to create a stunning pair of sand cast studs to always remember them by. Now I have precious memories of my day in Laura’s workshop to also remember them by. Thank you so very much xx
This workshop was such a fun and rewarding experience. Laura was incredibly patient and explained every step clearly, making the whole process feel approachable and enjoyable. There’s plenty of opportunity to create a piece of jewellery that’s truly personal, and I was thrilled to make a beautiful sand-cast silver ring that I’m so proud of.
The workshop is exceptionally well equipped, with a wide range of tools and equipment available to use. I genuinely felt like a jeweller for the day, with Laura’s expert guidance and support helping me through each stage of the process.
